RSV infection causes a mild respiratory illness and is considered to contribute significantly to GP consultations, hospital admissions and mortality amongst the elderly.

A one-off catch-up campaign is being offered for those already aged 75 to 79 years old on 1 September 2024.

• Any patient born between: 1 September 1945 and 31 August 1949 up to and including the day before their 80th birthday is invited to book an appointment.
• RSV appointment slots are available now to book online via patient services or by ringing reception after 10.30am.
• Clinic dates are between 10th – 20th September with Nurse Martin.
